WiFi Advertising 101

Your customers are literally waiting for you to communicate with them. They’re captive, restless, unnerved, and yes: waiting.

Free in-store WiFi may conjure up images of slow, unsecure Internet connections and time wasted with connection codes and login instructions, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

 

What customers in your waiting area would really like is a connection that’s readily available without assistance, as well as the promise of a secure, encrypted Internet experience. At the same time, you’d like to give them more information about your product/services or special deals, or to get to know a little more about them and their opinions.
